LO MOTION

is an Oklahoma City based filmmaking collective featuring the collaborative work of Lauren Bumgarner, Ross DeFehr, Bailey Hartman, Jessica Hunt, and friends.

Inspired by a wide spectrum of movement narratives, their work frequently involves choreographing for art-driven projects, capturing and directing movement on camera, and experimentation with 16mm film. They often pull inspiration from themes of self discovery, identity, and The Digital Age; creating and collaborating in a diverse range of time based mediums. Their work has been featured at Los Angeles Dance Film Festival, deadCenter Film Festival, Portland Dance Film Festival, 21c Museum Hotel, and MAINSITE Contemporary Art.
